A new word in wellness – creaspatreat. By practicing creative activities, in a spa-like setting which provides a retreat from the stresses of daily life, we can reduce the effects of stress. By examining our habits and working with like-minded women, we can create better personal solutions.
We can experience the benefits by attending retreats IRL, (in-real-life), or by creating a self-paced mini retreat at home. Whichever options best suits our lifestyle in the moment. No judgements. No pressure. Just learning, creating and re-shaping ourselves and our lives into something which suits us better.
The first IRL retreat is being planned for the end of September 2018. You can take part in this by responding to the survey. Even if you cannot or will not be travelling at that time, your assistance is greatly appreciated as it will assist in the creation of the online version.
